Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and SEV7N Capital ("SEV7N," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of The Market Codex research publication and related websites. The Market Codex is part of the Ellipsys research ecosystem.

2. What we provide

We provide informational and educational market research focused primarily on gold and related instruments. Our services include free newsletter content (The Framework), paid research (The Process), and related website materials.

We do not provide investment advice, trade execution, portfolio management, or personalized recommendations. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Free tier

Free subscribers receive selected editions of The Market Codex at our discretion. We may change free-tier content, frequency, or availability at any time.

Paid tier

Paid subscriptions (The Process) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• Access: Paid content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting mail@sev7ncapital.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Intellectual property

All content — including text, charts, frameworks (Parallax, Sentinel, CVPI, etc.), branding, and design — is owned by SEV7N Capital or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from our paid content without written permission. Limited sharing of brief excerpts for non-commercial commentary may be permitted with attribution; bulk reproduction is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share paid login credentials or distribute paid editions to non-subscribers.
• Use our content to operate signal services, copy-trading, or unlicensed redistribution.
• Attempt to breach site security or interfere with service operation.
• Misrepresent affiliation with SEV7N Capital or Ellipsys.
• Use our services for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

7. No warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content will be accurate, complete, timely, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEV7N Capital, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEV7N Capital from claims arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Third-party services

Payments, email delivery, analytics, and hosting may be provided by third parties. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid subscribers may be communicated by email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
